Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-09-18
This policy explains what is collected when you read a page on enchant.top, who else sees it, and how to make it stop.
Who is responsible
Caliber Desk publishes enchant.top. For any question about this policy, or to exercise a right described below, write to [email protected].
What is collected automatically
Like nearly every website, this one receives standard technical information with each request: the IP address the request came from, the time, the URL requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system string. The web server records this in a log file for security and for counting traffic. Server logs are rotated and discarded on a rolling basis and are not used to build a profile of an individual reader.
The site does not ask you to register, does not run a comment system, and does not ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details. There is no account to delete because there is no account.
Cookies
Caliber Desk itself does not set cookies for reading pages. Two things may set them anyway: the advertising system described below, and any consent message you interact with. Where consent is required, advertising cookies are only set after you agree, and you can change your mind later through the same consent control.
Google AdSense and DoubleClick
This site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting https://www.aboutads.info/choices. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message is shown before any non-essential advertising cookie is set.
Third-party advertising vendors and networks may also place their own cookies; their use of those cookies is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Analytics
Aggregate traffic figures are read from server logs. Where an analytics product is used it is configured with IP anonymisation and without advertising features, so the data shows which pages are read rather than who read them.
Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right to be told what personal data is held about you, to see a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to have its processing restricted or object to it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. Write to [email protected] to exercise any of these; requests are answered within thirty days.
The lawful bases relied on are consent for advertising cookies, and legitimate interests - operating a secure website and measuring aggregate readership - for server logging.
Your rights under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information are collected and for what purpose, to request deletion of personal information collected from you, to request correction of inaccurate personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Caliber Desk does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising arrangements can count as sharing under the CCPA; the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control in the consent message, or the global privacy control signal sent by your browser, is honoured. Requests can be made at [email protected].
Children
This site is written for adults setting up a place to work. It is not directed at children under 13, and personal information from children is not knowingly collected. If you believe a child has submitted information, write to the address above and it will be removed.
International transfers and retention
Advertising and analytics providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the transfer mechanisms those providers publish. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window and then discarded. Data held only for a support conversation is kept until the matter is closed and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes - a new advertising partner, a new category of data - are described in the body of the policy rather than only in the date.
