One address, read by a person. Corrections to a measurement are the most useful thing you can send.

- Within five working days
Write to [email protected] for anything: a number you think is wrong, a factor that is missing, a drawing that does not render, a translation that reads badly, or a privacy request.
We answer measurement corrections first, because a wrong dimension on this site costs a reader money.
What helps a correction land
Include the entry you are writing about - the chapter number and the slug in the URL are enough - and, if you have one, the source of the figure you are proposing. A citation to a published anthropometric table or a national standard such as EN 527 or BIFMA G1 moves a change through in days. A bare assertion that 72 cm feels wrong cannot be acted on, because it usually describes one body rather than a population.
If you are writing about your own body rather than about the population, say so; those messages get answered differently and often more usefully.
Privacy requests
Use the same address for access, correction or deletion requests under the GDPR or the CCPA. Put the words privacy request in the subject line. We do not run accounts, so in most cases there is nothing held against your name to delete - but the request will be answered within thirty days either way.
Response time
This is a small operation. Expect an answer within five working days. Mail that is only asking for a link or a guest post is not answered.
